DKS Shiksha Prasar Samiti, a Non-profit educational society constituted in the year 1993, committed it self for advancement and growth of professional education started its functioning with management course i.e. MBA and running it successfully added to its cap a new feather of imparting yet another important professional legal education i.e. LAW.

The BDS School of Law, affiliated to C.C.S.University, Meerut provides high class standard of education as prescribed syllabus of the university with the help of its highly trained, dedicated and qualified faculty members.

Realizing the fast growing necessity of legal education and its impact on society the school left, no stone unturned, to add to syllabus wide range socio-legal activities and foundation courses, recognized by BCI and Law society.

In addition we organize seminars & Legal camps to develop the Legal knowledge of the students.

The school has a “Moot Court” to impart practical education to its students. Practical Training is imparted to students in the courts at Meerut, in all spheres of Legal knowledge. There are about 100 Courts in Meerut, which has apart from Distinct Civil Courts, Collectorate, Tehsil, Consoliation, family, Consumer Courts; Tribunals like, Labour, Industries, Income & Sales tax & Board of Revenue situated here, which gives wide range of opportunities in knowledge & experience.
